Hello, darlings! I just made some yummy, cheap & easy candy cane cupcakes for an office party tomorrow. I bought a box of French vanilla cake mix and added the amount of eggs, oil, and water that was required, then added a tablespoon of peppermint extract. I flavoured them using Celestial Seasonings Peppermint tea and little candy cane chunks.
